  • The Crossroads project is a community-based initiative in Megalopoli that brings together volunteers, artists, and locals to promote cultural exchange, environmental sustainability, and social engagement through shared living, creative projects, and educational activities.

  • We welcome motivated individuals from all backgrounds, particularly young people interested in volunteering, cultural exchange, eco-art, and community development.

  • Volunteers engage in daily community life, eco-art projects, cultural events, gardening, permaculture activities, workshops, and initiatives that support the green transition in Megalopoli.

  • Volunteers live together in shared accommodation at the Urban Villa, participating in household duties, communal meals, and daily cooperation.

  • Each time we are a group of 10–15 volunteers, creating a close-knit community.

  • Minimum age is 24, minimum stay 3 weeks.
